We are an artisan baking company based in Danville, Kentucky. Specializing in traditional French Bread. Inpired by small boulangeries (bakeries) found tucked away in the narrow streets of Paris. And fond memories growing up in a Village.

We delight in the idea of transversing many stops along the European kitchen and bring it all home to Kentucky.

Our carefully selected ingredients include stoneground, organic and premium quality flours not bleached or bromated. Focused on making bread that is not only good, but also nutritious.

Bread has been a staff of life since the ages and we want to hold up that tradition. As well as show some of the remarkable history behind the loaf.
