This week our Boulangerie is churning artisanal breads right out of the Village.
This Saturday we will have all your favorite breads:
Authentic New York Style Bagels, with, 20% Whole Wheat means these are sure to sustain you through breakfast. Our signature fermentation improves not only the texture but also gives it them that certain je ne sais quoi flavor.

Epis du Ble, Wheat-shaped Baguettes
French Bread Boules, these make wonderful table bread. Their chewy crust and pillowy/moist interior make them an excellent choice for sandwiches as well
Take ‘n Bake Pizza Crust, brick over flavor blank canvas ready to be designed at your will. We may have a couple of Margaritas Pizzas from our fresh herb garden, as time allows
